What’s keeping you busy this summer? Let me guess… eating! Were ever you go and what ever you do you cannot help but to stay eating.

Of course, that is the first thing we need to do before we start our day, eating is necessity.   But for me is a little or should I say big problem because I noticed I am beginning to become bigger woman.. Oh, NO! That is the other negative side of a food lover.  And because I need to get of rid this fats and choles, definitely now may I request everyone to please help me find a best weight training program that you been already tried and proven effective.

I know this is such a simple problem but for me I need to focus and lessen my food trip. :( So I can have my shape back into its normal figure.. Hahaha
